Anonymous data collection, processing and use

In principle, it is not necessary to provide any personal data in order to use the Spheros websites. Spheros only collects and stores information your browser transmits to us. This is information such as browser type/version, operating system used, previously visited page, abbreviated IP address, time and the pages visited on our site. 

For Spheros this data cannot be assigned to a specific person, meaning that you as an individual user remain anonymous. This data will not be merged with other data sources. This data is only analyzed for statistical purposes.

Collection, processing and use of personal data

Spheros only collects personal data that you provide voluntarily for enquiries (e.g. when filling out a registration/contact form or when sending applications). Your data will only be processed or used for the relevant purpose. After having fully completed the relevant purpose, the data will be deleted insofar as there are no contractual or legal obligations to retain data. 

Access to this website as well as transfer of e-mails / contact forms to our server occurs unencrypted and therefore data may be transferred incompletely or be visible / readable to a third party. We therefore ask you to not transmit confidential data. Inquiries per e-mail / contact form we usually answer by e-mail. Should you object to this we kindly ask you to indicate so in your inquiry.

We reserve the right to pass on your data to our partners as part of processing your enquiries. Our partners have been bound by contract to comply with data protection provisions and are not third parties as defined in data protection law. In no event will the data collected be sold or passed on to third parties.

Right of cancellation and information

As the data subject, you may object to the use of your data with prospective effect. You also have the right to receive information on your data stored by us and on the purpose for storing that data.  Under certain conditions, you also have a right to correct, block and delete the data stored by us.

Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
